Your application will be added to a waiting list, if no parking space is available at the relevant estate.
If any account you hold with us is, or has been, in arrears your application will be rejected.
The parking space is for a vehicle only and you will need to provide us with the following proof if you accept the parking space offer:
- driving licence photocard
- National Insurance number
- current certificate of motor insurance
- vehicle registration document (log book)
You will need to pay 6 weeks rent in advance by debit or credit card and provide your bank details to set up a direct debit for all future payments.
We may share your information with, and obtain information about you from credit reference agencies or fraud prevention agencies. Information provided by you may be put on to a housing register and shared with other organisations to prevent fraudulent claims. We will not disclose any information to any external company except to prevent fraud, or if required to do so by law. Please see our privacy notice.
