Please use the form below to apply for a local vehicle exemption in relation to the motor vehicle prohibition in Cavendish Avenue & Fairlawn Drive. Applications will only be considered from local properties inside the eligible area.

Approved exemptions are valid for two years. Drivers are responsible for recording the date on which their exemption is granted. To avoid receiving a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN), a renewal application must be submitted several days prior to the exemption’s expiry date.

We will not be held liable for any penalties resulting late renewal applications. To confirm renewal reminders will not be issued.

You must not drive through the motor vehicle prohibition unless you have received confirmation from the Council that the vehicle is exempt.
